No Wrest for the wicked as ‘hobby band’ sell out several shows – The National

AN unsigned “hobby band” have sold out three consecutive gigs follow-ing the release of their debut album in June. Now Edinburgh ’s Wrest are releasing Coward Of Us All on vinyl after sustained demand from fans of the band’s soaring indie-folk epics. Later this month the four- piece return to Glasgow for a concert supported by Stirling’s Robbie Hutton and local folk rockers These Wooden Bones. Don’t be tardy getting tickets – they’re about to sell out, says frontman Stewart Douglas. “To sell-out one show would have been incredible but it looks as if we’ll soon be on four in a row,” says Douglas. The perfectly pitched songwriter is still buzzing from just having played a solo show to a full house in Lerwick – 350 miles from home. We have confirmed, through a phone call to the State Fire Marshall’s Office, that a permit was issued on July 24th for Hobby Lobby to begin construction at the old K-Mart location at the Elm Plaza in Waterville. August 12, 2019 at 11:55 pm MCKINNEY, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) –  McKinney Police Detectives need help identifying a man who they say took upskirt photos of a 20-year-old woman inside a Hobby Lobby store. He was seen on surveillance video leaving the store at 3550 W. University Dr. around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 3. Officers responded to the location to investigate after Hannah Gigley told them the suspect had placed a cellphone under her daughter Alyssa’s skirt. Both women said he shot video or a photograph. “I’ve never been so mad at another human being in my life. He’s despicable,” said Hannah, who confronted the man and alerted security. “I went right up to him and said, ‘Excuse me sir we need to talk to you,’ ” Hannah said. “My daughter was standing next to me.
